For example, some of the ideas I had for that were an image mixing Lemmy from Motörhead as if he were a cowboy from some western, and the other one, mixing Iggy Pop with the 3 Stooges.
It's a bit of a crazy idea, I guess
Again, we haven't talked much about this, and I haven't mentioned it to Jeremy =madbaumer37 who was also in the Waits project, but I think it could work. What do you think?
although i'd love to work with you on anything, and i'm super busy just at the minute so anything immediate would most certainly have to be of a managable size, personally i'm more interested in narrative/story-telling projects. i know you have a few things going on already. but i'd love to do some kind of anthology and i was interested by that competition you mentioned in one of your blogs to design a wordless story... if we could get enough people together and do a collection of, for example, 4-page wordless stories, then self-publish and sell over the web...?!? too far-fetched...?!? or maybe this one is simply a longer term project?
About story-telling projects, it would be cool to work with you on a comic man!
Back to the poster project, there would be no deadlines, so it'll be more of doing it for fun, when all of the involved (and as we speak there is no one involved yet
r.e. possible collaboration: of course i'd be interested in hearing any ideas you might have, but i'd really love to figure out a way to bring our two drawing styles together... you know i love love love your art work... especially your grungey, splattery style. here's an idea to start with: how about i colour a piece of yours and you ink a piece of mine?!? what do you think?
About the poster, I would suggest we wait until there are many of us really wanting to do it, and if everyone agrees to do a piece-- awesome, let's do it! But I don't want it to be like the Waits project (anyways, no one got around to draw anything for that one, but still...)
